On August 2nd, Leslie Cheung, Chairman of Jiantao Group, signed an investment memorandum with the Vietnamese government in the presence of Hong Kong Chief Executive Li Jiachao and relevant leaders.

On August 3rd, the groundbreaking ceremony of Yangxuan Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was held grandly in Jiaping II Industrial Park, Jiaping County, Beining Province.

In the morning, the groundbreaking ceremony kicked off in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. Mr. Leslie Cheung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jiantao Group, delivered a welcome speech, expressing warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all the guests present, and detailed the background, planning, construction significance, and future vision of Jiantao's investment in Vietnam project. Chairman Leslie Cheung introduced that the Yangxuan project in Vietnam, as a key project in Jiaping County, Beining City, will greatly promote the rapid development of Vietnam's PCB industry after completion. In the future, based on market development, Jiantao will continue to invest in Vietnam and drive upstream and downstream investment to settle in, helping to localize Vietnam's electronic material supply chain. Chairman Leslie Cheung stated that Jiantao Group is willing to work with all parties to create a beautiful electronic materials industry business card for Beining Jiaping and even Vietnam.

Subsequently, the leaders of the Vietnamese government delivered a speech, highly affirming the important significance of Jiantao Group's investment in Vietnam for the country's economic and social development. They expressed that the government will fully support the project construction and hope that the project team can plan with high standards, construct with high quality, and promote with high efficiency to ensure that the project is completed and put into operation as soon as possible, and contribute more to the development of Jiaping County in Beining.
