The company covers an area of 53000 square meters and has a factory area of 33400 square meters. It was officially put into production in August 2003. We mainly manufacture double-sided and multi-layer circuit boards, and our products are exported to Korea, Europe, America, and other places. In the early stage of factory construction, advanced automated intelligent production equipment was introduced for various production processes, such as CCD exposure machines, drilling machines, AOI, etc.
In 2019, Glory Faith Electronics invested 36 million yuan to carry out technical transformation of 1.46 million square meters of printed circuit boards per year, achieving a production capacity of 600000 square meters per year for double-sided tin foil and 860000 square meters per year for multi-layer boards.
In 2021, over 50 million yuan was invested to phase out 15 old 6-axis drilling machines and 4 old exposure machines. Simultaneously purchase 15 6-axis large tabletop drilling machines, 21 6-axis large tabletop edge salvaging machines, 1 coating machine, 1 riveting machine, 2 ovens, 1 cutting machine, 1 PIN machine, 3 drilling and grinding machines, 2 dust sticking machines, 1 leveling machine, 1 low-pressure spraying machine, 1 text inkjet machine, and 1 AVI external inspection machine. Purchase high-tech modern equipment such as diamond automatic cutting and rounding machine, fully automatic intelligent LDI exposure machine, online intelligent automatic AOI, etc. The project optimizes product technology, eliminates traditional operation modes, designs a full process intelligent automation production line, and completes the project implementation to form an annual production capacity of 14.4 million square feet of high-density interconnect printed circuit boards.
